简要介绍：

完全植人式静脉给药装置(totally implantable venous access devices，TIVAD)也称作输液港，是一种长期中心静脉输液通路。1982年Niederhuber等于美国MD Anderson癌症中心首次报道了外科切开式输液港植入术；1992年Morris等陵1利用经皮穿刺技术在x线透视引导下完成静脉输液港的植入，明显提高了TIVAD植人成功率，此后该技术得到了广泛应用。 目前国内TIVAD植人工作刚刚兴起，不同专业和资质的医师在从事此项工作，技术水平良莠不齐，缺乏统一的植人和维护规范，难以保证医疗技术质量。为了提高TIVAD的手术成功率、降低并发症的发生率及其合理处置，增加患者的使用安全性，特制定此专家共识。
