鉴于复方伤痛胶囊临床应用的科室、病种、地域、受众广泛，为明确复方伤痛胶囊临床应用的优势病种、使用方法、提高用药的有效性和安全性，本共识针对全国9 省15 个城市105 位临床医生( 含社区、一、二、三级医院医生) 调研总结的问题，遵循规范的研制程序，在全面检索、遴选、综合复方伤痛胶囊及原方复元活血汤已发表文献的基础上，基于循证证据，充分考虑临床专家经验，形成推荐意见或共识建议。本
