放血疗法真性红细胞增多症

放血疗法是治疗真性红细胞增多症（PV）的主要方法，但是目前针对如何具体进行以及不良事件的处理、放血治疗抵抗和/不耐受的标准定义还没有正式的建议，本文主要由意大利血液学会(SIE)带头制定，主要建议涉及放血疗法的适应证，治疗目标，放血策略，放血疗法相关铁缺乏的管理，放血后血小板增多，放血不耐受和放血抵抗等。
