本指南旨在根据脑卒中康复评定与治疗的最新循证医学进展，参考2012年《中国脑卒中康复治疗指南简化版》的主要内容，面向综合医院的神经内科医师，按照简单实用性的原则，推荐临床评价和治疗的共识性意见，以便于在我国综合医院的神经内科推广普及脑卒中早期康复。证据水平（A、B、C、D）和推荐强度（4级）参考了中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2010的相关标准 。
