随着我国经济社会的快速发展，各种意外伤害如交通事故伤、坠落伤等创伤的发生率明显增加。创伤尤其是严重创伤常涉及多器官、多系统，需要多学科联合进行科学、规范的综合性救治。我国各大城市综合医院分科过细，缺乏专业创伤救治团队，导致我国创伤总体救治水平远低于发达国家，亟待建立并形成高效、规范的城市创伤救治体系。为进一步促进我国城市创伤救治体系的建立，进一步提高创伤救治成功率，国内创伤领域知名专家在已有研究成

随着我国经济社会的快速发展，各种意外伤害如交通事故伤、坠落伤等创伤的发生率明显增加。创伤尤其是严重创伤常涉及多器官、多系统，需要多学科联合进行科学、规范的综合性救治。我国各大城市综合医院分科过细，缺乏专业创伤救治团队，导致我国创伤总体救治水平远低于发达国家，亟待建立并形成高效、规范的城市创伤救治体系。为进一步促进我国城市创伤救治体系的建立，进一步提高创伤救治成功率，国内创伤领域知名专家在已有研究成果的基础上，借鉴国外成功经验并结合我国国情，共同制定本共识，以期为我国各级地方政府创建城市创伤救治体系提供参考。
