Dent Mater J:FGF羟基磷灰石纳米颗粒粉末作为盖髓材料的应用

作者之前构建了羟基磷灰石(HAP)纳米微粒组成的粉末(nano-HAP)并装配了未添加模板/粘接分子或施加高温/压处理的低晶度HAP纳米微粒。

在这篇研究中,作者将nano-HAP与能够促进成牙本质细胞分化的FGF2相结合,并将其作为盖髓材料应用于大鼠磨牙的牙本质缺损上。在盖髓后的1和2周,对组织反应进行X线及组织学评估,以检测其生物相容性和这种材料促进硬组织形成的能力。

结果显示,nano-HAP/FGF2可以诱导牙髓细胞和血管的侵入,并持续发现富含大量牙本质小管的牙本质桥形成。可以说,作者采用生理学的方法通过促进组织再生成功的治愈了牙髓暴露。然而,还需要更多的研究来确切的解释nano-HAP/FGF2联合物如何促进钙化组织的形成。
