多多运动可以改善健康问题,预防疾病,但是来自不列颠哥伦比亚大学的新研究表明,即使是最强壮的人也可能躲不开血管疾病,只不过是他们多无任何症状。

要谈及运动,谁都比不上运动员,该研究发现,中年运动员的血管病发病堪忧,尤其是那些伴有心血管病危险因素者。

研究者指出,即使你很热衷运动,你仍然无法战胜你的风险因素。

在这项研究中,研究人员跟踪了798名35岁及35岁以上的“大师级运动员”,他们每周至少进行三天中等到剧烈的体育活动。参与者有从赛跑运动员、有自行车运动员、铁人三项运动员、划艇运动员和曲棍球运动员。

每周进行中度至剧烈体力活动的时间为(7.6±4.3)小时,运动强度(80.8±44)MET-hour/周,平均运动时间为(35.1±14.8)年。

在798名运动员中,222例(27.8%)有血脂异常,182例(22.8%)为高血压,105例(13.1%)有高血糖。

有94名(11%)患有心血管疾病,CAD最常见(7.9%),其中大部分没有症状。

8.5%的研究人群中有高Framingham评分(>20%)。

10名参与者被发现患有严重的冠状动脉疾病,但没有任何症状。

这项研究的发现,这些大师级的运动员的心血管疾病发病率高于同龄、具有相似危险因素的非运动员。

而且与非运动员相比,大师级的运动员的冠脉血管存在更多的钙化斑块,因为钙化斑块更稳定,不太可能引起心脏病发作。

虽然研究结果看起来令人担忧,但研究者强调,这并不意味着运动员们应该停止运动。她建议他们要定期监测血压、血脂等,特别是有心脏病发作或中风的家族史者。

研究者还指出,没有证据表明把运动推到极限会使你活得更长或心脏更强壮,反而是运动到了极限,它就有可能造成伤害。
