随机尿钠钾比卒中预测因子

由此可见，随机尿钠钾比（常规护理中可测量）与卒中有关。尿钠与比≤1，可能与临床相关的卒中风险降低有关，是健康干预的可行目标。

膳食中钠摄入减少同时增加钾摄入量是目前公共卫生优先考虑的降低心血管事件的风险。近日，心血管疾病领域权威杂志Stroke上发表了一篇研究文章，该研究探讨了MESA（动脉粥样硬化多种族研究）纵向队列中随机尿钠钾比与心血管事件之间的关系。

MESA研究是一项前瞻性队列研究，共纳入了4个民族（欧洲、亚洲、非洲和西班牙裔美国）的6814名成年人，平均年龄为62（±10.2）岁，随访平均时间为11.7（±2.2）年。参与者在基线时没有临床心血管疾病。在基线时收集尿钠和钾排泄，作为饮食摄入的标记。使用Cox比例风险模型评估尿钠钾比对确定的心血管事件的影响。

只有39％的MESA参与者的尿钠钾比≤1，这些参与者仅经历了236次卒中的74次。调整了年龄、性别、种族、心血管危险因素、社会人口学特征、体型和肾功能后，钠钾比>1与卒中风险相关，其风险比为1.47（95％CI为1.07-2.00）。

由此可见，随机尿钠钾比（常规护理中可测量）与卒中有关。尿钠与比≤1，可能与临床相关的卒中风险降低有关，是健康干预的可行目标。
