本研究纳入了249405名医保受益人,分析结果发现,在经调整个人社会人口和邻里收入后,环境绿化的增加可降低心脏病的发病风险。与绿化程度最低的三分之一相比,绿化程度最高的三分之一对象的急性心梗风险降低25%(OR:0.75; 95% CI, 0.63–0.90),缺血性心脏病风险降低20%(OR:0.80; 95% CI, 0.77–0.83),心衰风险降低16%(OR: 0.84; 95% CI, 0.80–0.88),房颤风险降低6%(OR: 0.94; 95% CI, 0.87–1.00)。另外,在经生物风险因素调整后,绿化和心脏病风险的相关性会减弱,提示血管代谢在其中起到重要作用。

研究结果显示,周围环境的绿化程度与心脏病发病风险呈相关性。
