J Endod:4种生物陶瓷材料与双固化复合树脂之间剪切粘接强度的比较

80个Teflon (ePlastics, San Diego, CA)块中的小孔分别充填4种不同的生物陶瓷材料,分别代表4组:White ProRoot mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) (Dentsply Tulsa Dental, Tulsa, OK), Biodentine (Septodont, Saint Maur des Fosses, France), EndoSequence Root Repair Material Fast Set Putty (Brasseler USA, Savannah, GA)和NeoMTA (Avalon Biomed Inc, Houston, TX)。样本按照厂家说明充填完毕后,对生物陶瓷材料暴露的表面施以ClearFil SE Bond (Kuraray America, Inc., New York, NY),随后使用ClearFil DC Core Plus (Kuraray America, Inc.)进行修复。将Teflon块固定于通用测试机上,十字尖端以0.5 mm/min的速度施加力量直至断裂。记录和计算折断峰值力量,并进行数据比较。

结果显示,复合树脂ClearFil DC Core与生物陶瓷材料的平均剪切粘接强度分别为:PlusWhite ProRoot MTA, 7.96 MPa; Biodentine, 9.18 MPa; EndoSequence Root Repair Material Fast Set Putty, 4.47 MPa和NeoMTA, 5.72 MPa。White ProRoot MTA和Biodentine基本相似,比NeoMTA具有更高的压力粘接强度。而NeoMTA的粘接强度明显高于EndoSequence Root修复材料。这些材料的所有值均低于牙本质-复合树脂粘接的标准粘接强度。

结论:在再生治疗中选择哪种生物陶瓷材料不仅需要考虑粘接,还应该考虑材料和充填其上的复合树脂材料之间的其他因素。
