JAMA:使用生物力学鞋治疗骨关节炎

生物力学鞋对骨关节炎膝关节疼痛症状改善具有统计学意义

有研究表明,使用生物力学鞋治疗可以改善症状性膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛和身体功能,近日研究人员开展对照研究评估生物力学鞋治疗的效果。
 
220名有症状、经放射证实的膝骨关节炎患者参与研,随机接受生物力学鞋治疗(n=111)或对照(n=109),生物力学鞋底附加有可单独调节的外凸垫。研究的主要结果是24周时的膝关节疼痛,采用WOMAC疼痛指数进行评估,标准化范围为0(无症状)到10(极端症状)。次要结果包括随访24周时的WOMAC身体功能和僵硬评估。
 
参与者平均年龄65.2岁,104名女性, 213人(96.8%)完成随访。在24周的随访中,生物力学鞋组平均标准化WOMAC疼痛评分从4.3提高到1.3,对照鞋类组从4.0至2.6(组之间评分差异:-1.3)。随访24周,生物力学鞋组在WOMAC身体功能评分(组间差异:-1.1)、WOMAC僵硬评分(组间差异:-1.4)和WOMAC整体评分(组间差异:-1.2)均优于对照组。生物力学鞋组发生3例严重不良事件,对照组发生9例(2.7%vs8.3%),均与治疗无关。
 
研究认为,生物力学鞋对骨关节炎膝关节疼痛症状改善具有统计学意义。
