Science：两种“超强抗体”的能抑制多种变异新冠病毒

7月1日，一篇发表在《科学》杂志的论文称，研究人员在几名新冠肺炎康复者的体内发现了两种超级抗体，可能有抑制多种变异新冠病毒的作用。 科学家获取了22名新冠肺炎康复者的血液样本，经过测试，发现其中4名康复者的血液样本可以有效抵抗感染的病株。 随后，科学家选择性表达200种不同的抗体，并分析它们对抗多种新冠变种的能力。结果显示，即使病毒已经变异，但仍有3种抗体起到中和作用。 研究表明，尽管这3种抗体源于不同患者，但表达它们的基因却非常类似，具有一定的规律。 不过科学家也指出，这些抗体并不是完美无缺的，如果与新冠病毒受体进行结合的位点发生突变，抗体的活性会受到影响，甚至可能无法中和变异病毒。 这些抗体将会是“消灭”疫情的关键吗？在研究中，虽然有部分患者在早期感染了新冠病毒，但后续体内依然可以产生对新型变种病毒具有中和能力的抗体。这意味着，在将来通过联合识别机制不同的抗体，可以降低病毒逃逸的风险，保住中和能力，从而促使人体产生对新冠病毒的免疫力。 目前，科研人员正往这个方向继续探索，希望不久后能得到好消息！
