Immunotherapy：3年舌下免疫治疗尘螨诱导过敏性鼻炎效果研究

最近，有研究人员评估了舌下免疫治疗（SLIT）在治疗尘螨诱导的过敏性鼻炎（AR）中的长期效果情况。

最近，有研究人员评估了舌下免疫治疗（SLIT）在治疗尘螨诱导的过敏性鼻炎（AR）中的长期效果情况。

研究包括了150名AR儿童，并随机分配到SLIT组和药物治疗（PT）组，分别接受为期3年的SLIT+药物治疗和单独的药物治疗。研究发现，随访第3年和第6年两组中的症状和药物评分与基线水平相比显著减少，而评分值在SLIT组中要比PT组显著更低。另外，研究人员也没有在SLIT组中发现随访第3年和第6年的显著差异。

最后，研究人员指出，在尘螨诱导的AR儿童中，3年的SLIT加PT治疗要比单独的PT治疗效果更高，并且3年的SLIT治疗后，其效果至少可以连续维持3年。
