将961名20-71岁的女性随机分配到酸奶组(n = 479)或对照组(n = 482)。酸奶组的参与者每天饮用112毫升用OLL1073R-1发酵的酸奶饮料,持续16周,而对照组的参与者在此期间没有饮用酸奶。在整个试验过程中,所有参与者都被指示不要饮用任何其他种类的酸奶或发酵乳制品。在基线和16周后评估流感的累积发病率,并检查免疫学标志物。

结果显示,两组流感发病率无明显差异(流感累计发病率:酸奶7.5%,对照7.7%)。自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性未显示出明显的干预效果(P = 0.11),而对血清干扰素γ(IFN-γ)产生的干预效果显著(P = 0.03)。其他免疫学标志物没有显示出显著的干预效果。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,食用OLL1073R-1酸奶并没有显示出显著的预防流感的作用,也没有显著增强NK细胞的活性。但摄入该酸奶后,IFN-γ的产生水平增加。
