Int J Vitam Nutr Res:白藜芦醇并不会降低非酒精性脂肪肝患者动脉粥样硬化的风险

血管疾病(CVD)是导致非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者死亡的主要原因。白藜芦醇是一种天然的多酚化合物,以其抗氧化和抗动脉粥样硬化的特性而闻名,有研究显示白藜芦醇可降低非酒精性脂肪肝患者的CVD风险。近日,发表于Int J Vitam Nutr Res的一项随机、双盲、安慰剂对照临床试验探讨了白藜芦醇对NAFLD患者致动脉粥样硬化危险因素的影响。

研究纳入50名年龄在20-60岁的NAFLD患者,将其随机分配到每天600mg白藜芦醇组(n = 25)或安慰剂组(n = 25),持续12周。治疗前和治疗后评估其血清肝酶、血脂谱和致动脉粥样硬化指数、血压和人体测量值。

 

结果显示,与安慰剂组相比,白藜芦醇组受试者的体重(从88.75±11.41下降到87.54±11.18千克,P = 0.005)和BMI(从31.00±3.16下降到30.60±3.26千克/平方米,P = 0.01)显著降低。白藜芦醇组受试者的腰围显著减少(从102.70±7.68到101.39±7.62厘米,P = 0.02)。两组的血脂谱(ox-LDL、载脂蛋白A1和载脂蛋白B)、血清致动脉粥样硬化指数(LDL-C/HDL-C、载脂蛋白B/载脂蛋白A1、ox-LDL/载脂蛋白B、LDL-C/ox-LDL和AIP)、肝酶(AST、ALT、ALP和GGT)、臀围、腰臀比和血压均无显著变化(P > 0.05)。

 

综上所述,这些研究结果表明,本研究中使用的白藜芦醇补充剂的剂量和持续时间并不影响NAFLD患者的大多数心血管风险因素。需要进一步的研究来解释白藜芦醇对非酒精性脂肪肝CVD并发症的更多影响。
