GUT:坚持地中海饮食能够降低克罗恩病的发病风险

什么是地中海饮食?地中海饮食是泛指希腊、西班牙、法国、意大利南部等处于地中海沿岸的南欧各地的饮食风格,其特点是以蔬菜水果、鱼类、五谷杂粮、豆类、橄榄油为主,还配有开胃食品.

    什么是地中海饮食?地中海饮食是泛指希腊、西班牙、法国、意大利南部等处于地中海沿岸的南欧各地的饮食风格,其特点是以蔬菜水果、鱼类、五谷杂粮、豆类、橄榄油为主,还配有开胃食品,主食有味道深厚的植物类调料,比如较多的大蒜、百里香、紫苏、鼠尾草、胡椒、薄荷等。此外,还有一定量的红酒佐餐。

    为什么地中海饮食模式能受到如此好评?这与它被发现有降低疾病风险、促进健康等作用有关。据联合国的数据,这几个国家居民的期望寿命都比较高,西班牙80.9岁,法国80.7岁,意大利80.5岁,希腊79.5岁。研究还发现,地中海的居民冠心病的患病率比其他地方的居民低。最近公布的一项由意大利科学家负责的共150万名参加者的研究表明:采取地中海饮食可显著改善健康状况,可以分别使总死亡率降低9%、血管死亡率降低9%、癌症死亡率降低6%、帕金森病和阿尔茨海默病的发病率降低13%。

 

    而最近有研究报道,地中海饮食居然能够降低克罗恩病的发病风险。美国的科学家对83 147名参与者进行了一项长期的前瞻性试验研究,随访时间从1997年开始一直持续到2017年,对所有患者的饮食食谱进行了长期的跟踪分析,并使用Cox比例风险建模来计算炎症性肠病特别是克罗恩病的发病几率(HR和95%CI)。

 

    研究结果显示:截至2017年12月,在随访的8万多名患者中发现了164例克罗恩病(CD)病例和395例溃疡性结肠炎(UC)病例。进行相关分析后研究人员发现较高的地中海饮食(mMED)评分与较低的CD风险相关(P= 0.03),而与UC无关(P = 0.61)。与mMED得分最低的类别(0–2)的参与者相比,CD的风险显著降低(HR = 0.42,95%CI 0.22至0.80)。而UC则没有(HR = 1.08,95%CI 0.74至0.80)。

    因此,作者最后说道:想要尽可能减少类似克罗恩病等免疫性疾病的出现应该更多地坚持地中海饮食。
