泰瑞沙作为NSCLC辅助疗法在3期临床试验ADAURA中的详细结果

阿斯利康（AstraZeneca）公司开发的第三代EGFR抑制剂泰瑞沙（Tagrisso）已经作为一线疗法，在治疗携带EGFR突变的转移性NSCLC患者中表现出优异的疗效。而在今年的ASCO年会上，该公司将公布Tagrisso作为辅助疗法，在治疗处于IB、II和IIIA期的NSCLC患者时的疗效。在名为ADAURA的随机双盲，含安慰剂对照的3期临床试验中，682名携带EGFR突变的NSCLC患者在完全切除肿瘤之后，接受Tagrisso或安慰剂的辅助治疗。试验的主要终点为无疾病生存期（DFS）。
 
阿斯利康公司在今年4月上旬宣布，这一实验由于Tagrisso表现出显著和具有临床意义的益处而提前终止。值得一提的是，原本这一试验预计在2022年结束，能够提前两年终止试验让人对Tagrisso的疗效充满期待。阿斯利康表示已经开始递交监管申请，如果能够获得批准，将显著扩展Tagrisso的适用患者群。

ADAURA III期试验的主要研究终点是无疾病生存期（DFS），评估泰瑞沙对比安慰剂的长达三年的治疗。该试验将继续评估总生存期的次要终点。在与阿斯利康的沟通中，IDMC没有提出任何新的安全性相关问题。数据将在即将ASCO 2020上公布
