众所周知,定期运动与血管疾病和死亡风险降低有关,但运动促进健康的具体机制仍不清楚。Nayor等通过检测受试者急性运动前后的代谢物分析来描述人类运动反应模式的代谢结构。

受试者来自Framingham心脏研究(53±8岁,63%女性)。分别在静息状态(n=471)和运动峰值(n=411)时对受试者进行了心肺运动测试和代谢物分析。

急性运动时的循环代谢物反应

分析结果显示,从静息状态到运动峰值(运动持续时间11.9±2.1分钟),588种检测的代谢物中有502种的血液循环水平发生了改变,错误发现率5%。变化有:胰岛素抵抗相关代谢物减少(谷氨酸,-29%;二甲基胍基戊酸[DMGV],-18%),,脂肪分解相关代谢物、NO的生物利用度(+29%)和脂肪褐变(+26%)以及其他与心脏代谢风险相关的通路代谢物均增多了。研究人员在Framingham心脏研究的重复样本(n=783,54±8岁、51%女性)中检测了177种代谢产物,发现妻子164种代谢物(92.6%)的改变与上述一致。

急性运动的代谢结构

运动引起的代谢物变化与运动量、性别和体重指数有不同的相关性。具有较高体重指数的个体,即使运动量少,其某些代谢物的有利偏移减少,但某些心脏保护性代谢物的有利变化较大。运动前不同代谢产物水平与健身的不同生理维度相关(如通气效率、运动血压、Vo2峰值)。

运动与代谢的关联

研究人员确定了运动反应模式的4种代谢物特征,并随后在独立的队列中进行了分析,发现其中两种与中位随访超过23.1年的总体死亡率相关。

在大量的社区居民中,急性运动引起循环代谢组广泛变化。代谢变化确定了心脏代谢健康、心血管疾病和长期预后的关键通路。该研究提供了人急性运动时的代谢反应的详细图谱,并确定了运动有益于心脏代谢作用的潜在机制,以供将来研究参考。
