牙髓再生疗法(REP)是通过刺激或移植干细胞至根管内恢复坏死牙髓功能的一种全新治疗方案。这篇研究的目的是通过免疫组化对3颗因外伤转归和REP疗效较差的拔除牙齿进行分析和评估。研究将3名女性患者(6-9 years)的上颌未发育成熟的3颗恒中切牙在REP后5.5-22个月拔除。另外，一颗完整的未发育完成的上颌恒中切牙因正畸原因拔除作为对照。牙齿进行免疫组化Masson's trichrome染色，观察neurofilament (NF)， pan cytokeratin， dentin sialophosphoprotein和Gram+/-。结果显示，REP牙齿根管内存在血管化的结缔/矿化修复组织(RT)，但其组织程度低于完整牙齿的牙髓组织。REP中，Portland cement下方可见中等至大量的钙化。病例1中，RT 的NF阳性；另2个病例中，牙周膜及根尖肉芽肿/牙乳头NF为阳性。所有牙齿的Gram+/-阳性；然而，2例病例中存在炎症细胞。另外，2例病例中的特异性pan cytokeratin和dentin sialophosphoprotein染色不足。结论：免疫组化分析显示，3例
