TIL疗法治疗PD-1耐药性非小细胞肺癌患者的1期结果积极。其实在去年的ASCO年会上，Iovance Biotherapeutics公司就公布了其创新细胞疗法LN-145和lifleucel在治疗宫颈癌和黑色素瘤患者时的出色临床结果，得到了业界的广泛关注。

在今年的AACR年会上，H. Lee Moffitt癌症研究中心的研究人员将公布基于TIL的细胞疗法治疗NSCLC患者的1期临床试验结果。在12名能够评估的NSCLC患者中，TIL疗法ORR达到25%，其中两名患者达到持久的CR完全缓解。值得注意的是，这些患者已经接受过PD-1抗体的治疗并且疾病继续进展。

大多数患者的肿瘤在接受TIL治疗后有所缩小，在接受治疗后的第一次CT扫描时，肿瘤病变直径平均缩小38%。
