首届氧化还原平衡医学战略研讨会,暨第二届全国抗氧化损伤防治转化大会在沪成功召开——推进建立具中国特色的现代医学氧还平衡新诊疗体系

为推动现代医学和健康事业创新发展,推进氧化还原平衡医学应用转化,首届“氧化还原平衡医学战略研讨会”近日在沪成功召开。这次会议汇聚了我国众多学科及相关自由基医学交叉领域的精英和顶级权威专家参加。会议宗旨:将氧还平衡新诊疗策略的基础研究与医学应用相结合推向转化发展快车道;结合中医平衡理论科学内核,运用氧化还原平衡个性化理论和失衡病因,充实现代精准医学科学内涵;采用氧还精准干预、调治结合新诊疗理念,为有效控制肿瘤,心脑血管、糖尿病及病毒性肺炎等危害人类健康和生命的重大疾病发生发展、着力开拓具中国特色现代医学防诊治新思路、新方法和新体系。本次战略研讨会也是继氧还平衡香山科学会议以后,我国自由基医学学科交叉领域里又一个具里程碑意义的高端的科学盛会。这次会议也为进一步凝聚国内相关基础与临床医学精英专家,一起为推动我国氧还平衡医学转化工作并为组织国家重大医学攻关项目作好铺垫。

大会名誉主席张伯礼院士做主旨报告:中医学平衡理论与中医药科学内涵。

大会主席兼会议召集人刘珊林教授做主题评述报告:氧还平衡医学的精准干预和调治结合。大会共同主席:钱旭红院士,葛均波院士,杜江峰院士。

研讨会围绕以下四个中心议题展开:1、氧还平衡理论与我国传统医学的科学内涵。2、氧化应激与氧还监测指标及新诊疗理念在健康和疾病防治中的应用与战略思考。3、整体与微环境氧还调治结合在有效防治肿瘤复发转移和病毒性炎症风暴中的中西医药干预机制、策略和规范。4、氧还检测技术和氧还干预手段的创新和医学转化。

会议采用线上线下结合,来自全国各高校、医院、研究机构等共计三百五十余人次与会参加研讨交流。参会专家涉及众多学科,既涵盖基础医学、中西医各临床科系及营养、运动、睡眠等专门领域,也涉及生物学、物理学、化学、数学、信息科学等多个学科领域。这样广泛的且高层次的多学科交叉围绕一个主题展开深入研讨,在我国学术界活动规模中应尚属首次,也从中反映出我国科学发展将开启多学科交叉通融和开展联合攻关新时代模式的重要信号。

张伯礼院士与刘珊林教授在会上在线讨论中医药组分与抗氧化功效

我国中医药领域权威专家,抗击新冠疫病“人民英雄”国家荣誉称号获得者,天津中医药大学名誉校长张伯礼院士首先做主旨报告,他指出,中医是一门古老但是理念并不落后的中国特色学科,中医中的哲学思维和理念是中医基础理念的内核。中医利用阴阳平衡的思维对多种疾病进行有效治疗,如心律失常、慢性心衰、新冠肺炎等,中医学是维护人类健康的重要科学。他从中医平衡理论与中医药科学内涵角度,阐述了中医药在现代医学中的作用,尤其在这次抗击新冠疫情中发挥了重大作用,表示要加强研究论证,总结中医药防治疫病的理论和诊疗规律,组织科技攻关,既用好现代评价手段,也要充分尊重几千年的经验,说明白、讲清楚中医药的疗效。在回答药物组分问题时,张伯礼院士强调了中药组分中抗氧化活性,包括黄酮类药物成分,临床上的保护作用很强,是可以深入研究的对象。

复旦大学上海医学院刘珊林教授介绍会议主旨并做主题报告

我国自由基医学资深专家、氧还平衡香山科学会议主席、上海自由基医学学会负责人刘珊林教授作大会主题报告,他指出,氧化还原失衡是大多疾病产生的早期病因和核心推动力,氧还失衡会导致自由基过剩诱发氧化损伤,并参与多种重大疾病的发生发展,然而适度的自由基反应也是维持生命活动所必须的。因此对机体氧化还原平衡状态的量化测评以及氧还平衡阈值的界定,将可有效指导氧还平衡的精准干预和药物的个体化治疗,并指出对不同病程,根据自由基反应的特点,宜采用调治结合策略。他诠释了自由基医学理论发展并提出的“氧还平衡、精准干预、调治结合”的诊疗新理念,与中医的平衡理论和辨证施治的诊疗理念相关性。其中介绍了中医药有效物质通过氧还调控干预有效抑制新冠病毒实验的最新研究成果,引起与会专家普遍关注,实验证明了病毒复制对应激微环境和活性氧的依赖性,中药抗氧化组分可通过调控氧化还原平衡状态从而抑制痛毒,这为中医药进一步发挥抗病毒抗疫病的作用,并为更有效控制炎症风暴阻止病情恶化提供了理论依据。

刘珊林教授还讲到,考虑临床上规范干预,目前氧化还原平衡转化需克服的问题,主要有氧化还原平衡阈值和评判体系尚待精准确立;氧化还原平衡在临床上的应用干预手段尚待标准化和个体化等;这些课题可组织攻关,但他认为不影响推进临床应用,现有的氧还检测指标和技术,及现有氧还干预手段和调治结合诊疗理念都可逐步推进转化。同时加强基础与转化应用研究。

钱旭红院士报告

我国有机化学化工领域著名专家华东师范大学校长钱旭红院士会上致词说,氧化还原应激介导衰老、神经退行性疾病、代谢病、肿瘤等许多生理和病理过程。氧还平衡状态对每个人的健康、疾病和衰老至关重要。氧还平衡医学理论和中国传统文化不谋而合,氧化还原平衡医学发展需要我们大家具有大智慧,聚焦发展氧还平衡与重大疾病诊治的新策略,从而推动我国现代医学健康事业的发展。

葛均波院士作“氧化状态失衡-心血管疾病发生机理与防治的新认识”的报告

我国著名心血管病和介入治疗专家、复旦大学自由基调控与应用研究中心负责人、附属中山医院葛均波院士,从细胞氧化还原与心血管保护的角度,阐述了通过减少心脏细胞ROS水平及调节脂质过氧化水平,调控氧化还原稳态,改善心脏代谢,治疗包括心衰在内的多种心脏疾病的观点,他认为抗氧化治疗理论上是一种很好的治疗策略,在目前,需要研究更多的氧还指标、数据去建立一套完整的诊治体系。

杜江峰院士介绍自旋量子技木在氧还捡测中的应用思考

中国科学技术大学副校长、我国著名磁共振专家杜江峰院士在会上指出,中医是从宏观到微观,西医是从微观到宏观,二者结合的桥梁就是氧化还原平衡医学理论,他还从发展磁、电、光、力、热等的精密测量技术并用于中西医药研究的角度,描述了自由基的相关检测技术,认为基于单自旋量子精密测量的微观磁共振能直接对单分子、单细胞乃至病理组织进行跨尺度探测和研究,预期在医学领域将取得重要应用。

 

 

香港大学中医药学院副院长、自由基分会副会长沈剑刚教授报告题目:氧化还原平衡与中医药精准治疗脑卒中神经保护与神经再生修复的启示。沈教授指出,氧化还原失衡,是疾病加重和进展的重要病理环节,阻断这样重大的环节,可以逆转疾病进程。低浓度的活性氮促进神经干细胞增殖分化和中风后神经功能修复,而高浓度活性氮自由基是脑缺血再灌注损伤的重要危险因子。中医药物可减轻活性氮自由基产生,有助恢复氧化还原平衡,促进神经干细胞的增殖分化以及中风后神经功能修复,对治疗脑卒中相关的脑损伤具有重要作用。

大连医科大学副校长、华东师大医学研究院名誉院长管又飞教授点评补充说,脑卒中在我们国家,发病率非常高,是西方的八倍;氧还平衡这个报告也是中西结合的一个典型的范例,中医药在重大疾病治疗里面发挥了多组分多靶点作用,这实际上是一个前沿的研究领域;通过综合运用,产生协同作用。

深圳大学副校长自由基检测技术专家张学记教授表示西医是技术,中医是艺术,西医是科学,中医是哲学,如何将将科学与哲学,艺术与技术联系起来,其实就是通过我们的氧化还原平衡理论,通过自由基的概念就能够将其联系起来。他还表示目前尚需要加强对细胞氧化还原生物学的全面了解:1.结合高灵敏、超分辨、高通量和计算生物学等方法开发与细胞氧化还原状态相关的精准检测手段(例如,多色荧光标记、可视化定量分子图谱和高灵敏电化学分析);2.揭示疾病过程和促氧化剂和抗氧化剂的作用机制(包括平衡体系、相关基因的调控机制、蛋白质巯基修饰与信号转导、生物大分子氧化损伤的累积与清除);3.研发智能性的精准靶向药物(例如,抗体抗原、磁性粒子、pH、热敏、光动力等),对相关重大疾病的防诊治至关重要;4.智能检测。

 

在会上,众多教授围绕自己所研究领域与氧化还原平衡的联系以及如何通过氧还平衡诊治疾病积极作了研讨报告。

研讨会秘书长、复旦大学基础医学院施冬云教授指出,氧化还原平衡失衡是二型糖尿病的根本病因。基于个体的氧化还原状态,对患者进行个性化精准治疗以实现氧还平衡是治疗糖尿病的有效策略。并利用自制氧还探针,通过对线粒体微区靶向干预,可有效控制血糖,展示调控氧还平衡微环境在治疗糖尿病方法上有崭新的临床应用前景。

纽约大学副校长丁树哲教授团队、华东师范大学体育与健康学院漆正堂教授在报告中提出,长期规律运动产生的活性氧有益于建立机体的高振幅氧还平衡,增加机体的氧还弹性,从而防止氧化损伤,预防慢性疾病。

复旦大学医学院药理系主任、中国睡眠学会理事长黄志力教授报告中强调,睡眠是恢复机体氧还平衡的重要手段,合适的睡眠时间有助于预防治多种疾病的发生发展。抗氧化剂治疗应是减轻睡眠障碍相关损伤的有效途径,他的报告引起与会者对睡眠干预的浓厚兴趣。

上海交通大学第六人民医院营养主任葛声教授指出,通过研究,科学合理的膳食搭配,利用食物中的抗氧化剂也有助恢复氧还平衡,并有利于糖尿病的防治。

中国医科大学基础医学院院长曹流教授在介绍取得的研究成果时指出,细胞氧还平衡稳态维系对肿瘤与衰老的形成有着重要影响。

上海公共卫生临床中心中医科主任陈晓蓉教授作中医治疗新冠肺炎后的体会报告,认为体内活性氧的产生与清除维持着氧化还原的平衡,在调节信号通路转导、细胞增殖凋亡的过程中发挥重要作用;并介绍对新冠患者通过中医的皆治以“以平为期”,调和阴阳,使恢复氧还平衡,治疗效果明显更好。

复旦大学附属肿瘤医院我国著名胰腺癌治疗专家刘鲁明教授,从一个中医医生的角度,强调了氧化还原平衡理论在肿瘤患者康复中的重要性,认为必须寻求一个平衡才是治疗之道。

浙江工商大学食品营养研究中心主任饶平凡教授注重与线粒体代谢的相关研究,将线粒体电子回路与中医药的作用相联系,认为这个联系的桥梁就是氧还平衡,电子的得与失其实都是氧还平衡的一个体现。

兰州大学附属第二医院副院长、泌尿科主任、自由基医学分会负责人之一志平教授,报告了基于前列腺局部微环境氧化还原平衡的慢性前列腺炎的临床实践与研究,强调了局部微环境的氧还平衡是治疗泌尿科疾病的重要策略。

浙江大学基础医学院副院长、病理自由基医学专家邵吉民教授在介绍课题研究中有关核糖核苷酸还原酶与肿瘤及小分子药物的干预思考中,说明了氧还平衡理论在其中的重要意义。

钱旭红院士团队华东理工大学杨有军教授,作了有关亚硝基荧光探针用于检测氧化应激的研究报告,由该团队设计开发的全新红外荧光染料母核,最大吸收波长大于800 nm,稳定性好,荧光强度大,在构建红外成像、诊疗方面有重大潜力。并且在临床试用过程还发现有降低氧化应激和损伤的治疗作用。显示该成果转化应用的潜力。

华东师范大学生命学院阳怀宇教授从有机化学、药物化学的角度,提出了氧还平衡该如何干预的问题,认为目前需加强干预靶标研究。

复旦大学信息科学与工程学院糜岚教授也参与了本次会议,她报告了荧光寿命显微检测技术检测氧化还原平衡及在癌症诊断中的应用,认为氧还平衡的指标是诊断癌症的重要依据。

华东师范大学化学与化工学院院长、自由基电化学专家田阳教授从神经系统的角度,阐述了氧还平衡与脑疾病的联系,认为ROS调控脑神经干细胞的分化,氧还平衡医学将在脑疾病的治疗中扮演重要角色。

徐州医科大学齐素华教授作了荧光探针 PCOD585 通过清除自由基减少脑中风后神经损伤应用的研究的报告,认为清除自由基,是改善脑内氧还状态、治疗脑中风后神经损伤的有效举措。

上海中医药大学中西医结合研究院院长、附属曙光医院肿瘤科主任李琦教授指出,中医药防治疾病的宏观认识基于整体观念、脏腑平衡、阴阳平衡和气血平衡。其微观认识基于自由基存在和消除的平衡。中医药通过调节氧化还原平衡,重塑肿瘤微环境,抑制肿瘤的复发和转移。

复旦大学附属华山医院著名消化科专家、研究所所长刘杰教授指出,癌症是基因突变与免疫系统的进化博弈,是全身性免疫调控失衡,这与中医的免疫平衡理念一致,其根本就是氧还平衡。因此,在临床治疗中也应当从整体出发,将氧还平衡的生物标志物与临床监测相联系,从而实现对肿瘤患者的个体化诊疗。

上海中医药大学副校长王拥军教授在报告中强调,氧化应激和疾病之间密不可分。疾病的发生是一个复合效应,而基于氧还平衡,构建新时代的如何突出传统中医治疗优势的方案是我们的追求。同时,也需要进一步深化该过程,最终达到中医理念指导下的精准治疗。

中华预防学会自由基医学分会负责人、北京大学第三人民医院樊东升教授指出,自由基清除是多种疾病的重要治疗策略。自由基清除剂依达拉奉,临床实验中显示出对脑卒中和神经退行性疾病具有良好药效,提示自由基清除药物在临床治疗上的应用前景。

南京先声药业创新研究院转化医学与创新药物国家重点实验室副主任王鹏博士指出,聚焦于开发疗效更优的自由基清除药物,也是未来氧还药物的开发方向。

 

经二天大会和分会的研讨,会议最后还进入综合性热烈讨论:沈剑刚教授表示会议非常成功,目前还没有第二个领域能将物理、化学、生物、数学、基础医学、西医、中医等这么多学科融合在一起,并具有这么广泛的学科交叉的代表性。说明氧还平衡是个多学科交叉融合的大课题,氧还平衡调控研究,也可促进多学科合作,是建立我国原创科学的重要研究方向。他认为通过探讨氧还失衡在重大疾病发生发展的作用和关键分子靶点,可以提供新的思路,实现精准治疗,促进中医药与多学科合作,阐明中医药治疗原理,形成中国特色的原创性科学思维。

刘杰教授表示听完前面的报告,感觉收获特别大。从一个临床医生的观点,越来越感觉氧化还原平衡在生命体当中实在是太重要了。如何将化学角度、生物角度、以及临床角度很好地融合是后续需要解决的问题。建议建立氧化还原的标准指导早诊早治,并通过监控氧还平衡指导临床的合理用药。

王拥军教授认为刘杰教授的临床肿瘤案例报告非常精彩,刘教授其所从事的肿瘤治疗工作是真正着眼于实现肿瘤晚期患者生命质量、生存质量和生活质量的同步提高。其中的内容诠释了本次会议的主题,即“正气存内,邪不可干。邪之所凑,其气必虚。其中的’虚’应即是氧还失衡及免疫失衡。”。

复旦大学附属肿瘤医院欧周罗教授表示会议报告都很受启发,复旦大学附属肿瘤医院总结了最近几年国内肿瘤治疗存活率,五年存活率、十年存活率都是最好的,但在某些肿瘤治疗上,还是很头疼。氧化还原这方面有很大的发展潜力,临床方面需求很旺盛。他有一些早期的脂质过氧化研究,细胞膜磷脂的过氧化是普遍存在的,但以前由于手段落后,无法检测在体内的动态平衡,现在可以通过多学科交叉合作解决。

华师大学生命科学院逄秀凤教授表示自己参加了一场“头脑风暴”,感觉要打一场大仗;认为在会上大家表达了对氧化还原平衡医学的新认知、新理解和新展望。她相信在这次会议后,参会专家将会萌生出更多的新思想,希望团结一致,优势互补,携手奋进地开展合作交流,面向国家重大需求,面向人民生命健康。

会议主席刘珊林教授最后作了总结发言,他表示,这次参会研讨的专家有中西医基础临床各学科、还有理工各学科包括检测技术和产学研机构,一个学术研讨会有这么多领域精英专家汇聚一起,涉及交叉学科如此众多和广泛,在他记忆中也是没有的,说明是准备组织打一场多学科联合攻关的大战役。在会上他总结提出了基础、临床、检测诊断三个方向的转化主攻点及攻关设想。他认为通过推进氧还平衡转化应用,也有助推进中医药的现代化,可推动具中国特色的现代医学发展,下一步需要我们具体规划,要有步骤,因这是一个大的工程,需要各学科领域专家携手合作,他表示接下去应有后续工作,为攻克重大疾病、为有效控制人类灾难性疫病,需要只争早夕,要加快推进“氧还平衡、精准干预、调治结合”新诊疗理念的转化应用研究,希各个学科能进一步交叉融合,以氧还平衡科学理念把中西医进一步有机的结合,争取为建设具有中国特色现代医学氧还平衡新诊疗体系,为人类的健康事业共同奋斗。会议在与会代表报以热烈掌声中结束。
