Bristol-Myers Squibb近日宣布,与拜耳的Nexavar(索拉非尼)相比,Opdivo(nivolumab)无法显著提高肝细胞癌(HCC)患者的总生存期(OS)。

Bristol-Myers Squibb近日宣布,与拜耳的Nexavar(索拉非尼)相比,Opdivonivolumab)无法显著提高肝细胞癌(HCC)患者的总生存期(OS)。在CheckMate-459研究中,无法切除的HCC患者被随机分配接受Opdivo或索拉非尼作为一线治疗,直至疾病进展或不可接受的毒性。主要终点为OS,次要终点包括无进展生存期、总体反应率、存活率以及肿瘤PD-L1表达与疗效之间的关系。

根据Bristol-Myers Squibb的说法,尽管试验未达到其主要终点,但经Opdivo治疗的患者的OS有明显的改善趋势。在评论研究结果时,Bristol-Myers Squibb消化道癌症发展负责人Ian Waxman表示:我们对Opdivo治疗HCC患者的重要作用充满信心
