研究将上下颌因根尖周炎拔除的磨牙根管通过Micro-CT分析按照解剖的相似度配对,并使用XP-endo Shaper (FKG Dentaire, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland) (n = 16)或Reciproc Blue (VDW, Munich, Germany) (n = 16)进行预备,使用2.5%次氯酸钠冲洗。术前和术后的micro-CT扫面检测和计算未预备的表面积(成形),并在根管的冠、中和尖1/3组织细菌学评估残存细菌(去感染)和剩余牙髓组织(清理)的存在与否。

结果显示,XP-endo Shaper和Reciproc Blue在整个根管全长中未预备表面积大约分别为26%和19% (P < .05) (30% and 23% in the apical part of the canal, P > .05)。采用Reciproc Blue预备后,在所有受检根管切片中仅有37.5%无菌,而在根尖切片中仅有56%。在2种锉系统预备后,未见残存牙髓组织的样本均为31% (all canal sections)和50% (apical canal sections)。残存牙髓组织的量以及细菌和残存组织检测为阴性的数量在2种锉系统间无显著性差异(P > .05)。

结论:尽管Reciproc Blue系统的成形能力要优于XP-endo Shaper,但是2者表现出相似的清理和去感染能力。所测试的任何一种系统都无法对非常规根管和较难到达的区域彻底清理和去感染。
