J Endod:热处理过的镍钛器械在次氯酸钠浸泡或/和灭菌后的循环抗疲劳强度变化

这篇研究的目的是为了评估次氯酸钠(NaOCl)浸泡和灭菌对热处理过的镍钛(NiTi)旋转器械循环抗疲劳强度的影响。研究将每个品牌的210只全新25/.06 Twisted锉(TFs; SybronEndo, Orange, CA)和Hyflex CM锉 (Coltene Whaledent, Cuyahoga Falls, OH)分为7组(n = 15)。组1(对照组)所包含的全新器械不放入NaOCl浸泡或进行高压灭菌。组2和3的器械分别于NaOCl中动态浸泡3分钟1次和3次。组4和5的器械分别高压灭菌1次和3次。组6和7的器械分别经历NaOCl浸泡和灭菌循环1次和3次。器械随后进行疲劳测试。器械折断表面形态通过场发射扫描电镜和能量色散谱仪(EDS)观察分析。使用2-way方差分析对器械循环失败(NCF)数量的均数和标准差进行计算和统计学分析(P < .05)。组间比较结果显示,各组NCF不存在显著性差异(P > .05),除了TFs灭菌3次伴随NaOCl浸泡与否的各组(P < .05)。HyFlex CM锉在灭菌3次未进行NaOCl浸泡时的循环抗疲劳强度要高于TFs
