近日，妇产科权威杂志Obstetrics and Gynecology上发表了一研究文章，研究人员旨在量化美国（2009-2017年）孕妇丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染的患病率和趋势，并确定孕妇在妊娠期间与HCV感染相关的特征和产科结局。

研究人员使用美国国家卫生统计中心的出生记录对2009年至2017年期间美国所有活产婴儿进行了基于人群的回顾性队列研究。研究人员估计了这段时间内报告的患病率和趋势。研究人员还评估了当代美国队列（2014-2017）与母亲HCV感染相关的人口统计学因素和妊娠结局。

在为期9年的研究期间，在美国31207898例活产婴儿中，94824例孕妇报告为HCV感染病例。在美国，孕产妇HCV感染率从每1000例活产1.8例增加到每1000例活产4.7例（相对风险[RR]为2.7，95％CI为2.6-2.8）。在对美国当代人群（2014-2017年）的各种混杂因素进行调整之后，与HCV感染相关的人口统计学特征包括非西班牙裔白人（调整后的RR为2.8、95％CI为2.7-2.8）、医疗补助（调整后的RR为3.3，95%CI为3.2-3.3）和吸烟（调整后的RR为11.1，95%CI为10.9-11.3）。孕妇合并感染乙型肝炎（调整后的RR为19.2，95%CI为18.1-20.3）、淋病、衣原体或梅毒也与孕妇HCV感染有关。与母亲HCV感染相关的产科和新生儿结局包括剖宫产、早产、母亲入住重症监护病房、输血、小于胎龄儿、新生儿入住重症监护病房、需要辅助的新生儿通气和新生儿死亡。

由此可见，从2009年到2017年，孕妇HCV感染率增加了161％。
