11月21日,来自第三军医大学新桥医院的王建教授在第九届COA国际骨科大会微创会场中带来了“MIS—TLIF 和经皮椎弓根螺钉固定治疗204例腰椎滑脱或不稳围手术期并发症”的主题报告。 微创脊柱手术的目的是通过减少手术入路创伤同时获得与传统开放手术一致的结果,减少入路损伤是基本目的,但不能增加手术并发症。 与开放TLIF手术相比,MIS-TLIF对患者组织损伤轻

微创脊柱手术的目的是通过减少手术入路创伤同时获得与传统开放手术一致的结果,减少入路损伤是基本目的,但不能增加手术并发症。

与开放TLIF手术相比,MIS-TLIF对患者组织损伤轻、出血少、术后切口疼痛轻、恢复快。与PLIF手术相比,保留了腰椎后方复合结构,具有减少硬膜囊及神经根牵拉的优势。
