针刺手法的个体差异性和不可复制性是制约针灸发展的瓶颈,也是影响经穴效应的关键因素。天津中医药大学张亚男博士所在团队进行的一项关于“Orthogonal design to sift the optimal parameter of Neiguan acupuncture for cerebral infarction”的研究,发现以提插频率60,120,180次/min和针刺持续时间5,60,180s建立正交分析表格,运用针刺提插手法控制仪按照正交分析组合,刺激大脑中动脉缺血模型大鼠内关穴,根据实验大鼠神经功能缺损评分、脑血流及脑梗死体积比率的差异,筛选较优针刺参数。

作者认为正交结果显示低频率长时间针刺与高频率短时间针刺在提高脑血流量及降低脑梗死体积比率方面表现较好。文章发表于《中国神经再生研究(英文版)》杂志2013年10月第28期。
