辉瑞开始研究mRNA 流感疫苗,将试验其安全性和免疫反应

辉瑞公司本周一表示，它已在一项基于信使 RNA 的流感疫苗试验中为第一名患者接种了疫苗，该技术与美国制药商和 BioNTech生产的新冠疫苗中使用的技术相同。

辉瑞公司本周一表示，它已在一项基于信使 RNA 的流感疫苗试验中为第一名患者接种了疫苗，该技术与美国制药商和 BioNTech生产的新冠疫苗中使用的技术相同。

在美国进行的早期试验将在 65-85 岁的健康成年人中测试该疫苗。“新冠大流行使我们能够利用 mRNA 的巨大科学机会。流感仍然是我们认为需要疫苗的领域，”辉瑞疫苗研发主管凯瑟琳詹森说。

与 FDA 批准的另一种流感疫苗相比，该研究将测试该疫苗的安全性和免疫反应。
