J Endod:根尖孔开放性对根尖电子定位仪准确性的影响:一项体外研究

这篇研究的目的是为了调查根尖孔开放性的重要性以及它对2种根尖电子定位仪(Root ZX and Raypex 6)准确性的影响。研究选取43颗拔除的人牙根发育完成且根尖孔未阻塞的下颌磨牙作为实验对象,通过牙科手术显微镜放大×25倍确定实际工作长度。读取2种根尖定位仪数值并与实际显微镜下工作长度相对比。随后,封闭根尖孔;在封闭前,使用锉针到达之前定位仪确定的长度。根尖孔封闭后定位仪读数的变化与封闭前的原始读数相比较以确定测量误差。Friedman's测试结果显示,根尖孔封闭前,2种根尖定位仪没有显著性差异(P > .05; effect size = 0.013)。准确率在±1范围内时,Root ZX和Raypex 6 展现出相同的准确率,96.7%。根尖孔封闭后,2种定位仪的中值测量误差与测量前存在显著性差异(P < .05; effect size = 0.305)。Root ZX的中值测量误差明显高于Raypex 6 (>-1 mm and 0.01-0.5 mm)。结论:根尖孔封闭会明显影响根尖定位仪的准确性,并且对Root ZX的影响大于Raypex 6。原始
