REGN-COV2疗法可降低新冠肺炎病毒载量，对于基线病毒抗体阴性或载量高患者的作用更为明显，且安全性良好

抗体鸡尾酒REGN-COV2疗法由2种新冠病毒特异性抗体组成，良好的效果因其对特朗普总统新冠肺炎的治疗受到世界瞩目。近日研究人员公布了REGN-COV2疗法的大规模临床研究结论。
 
在这项新冠肺炎非住院患者参与的I-III期临床研究中，患者随机接受安慰剂、2.4g REGN-COV2或8.0g REGN-COV2。关键的终点事件包括第1-7天病毒载量的时间加权平均变化，29天内因新冠肺炎进行的相关医疗咨询和安全性。
 
275名患者参与研究，2个REGN-COV2剂量组与安慰剂相比，1-7天病毒载量显著降低：对于基线血清抗体阴性人群，病毒载量的最小二乘均值差为-0.56 log10拷贝/mL，在所有参与者中为-0.41 log10拷贝/mL。在所有参与者中，安慰剂组6%的参与者进行了至少1次新冠肺炎相关医疗咨询，而REGN-COV2组为3%，而对于基线血清抗体阴性人群，安慰剂组15%的参与者以及REGN-COV2组6%的参与者进行了相关医疗咨询。REGN-COV2组与安慰剂组相比，超敏反应、输液相关反应和其他不良事件发生率无显著提高。
 
REGN-COV2疗法可降低新冠肺炎病毒载量，对于基线病毒抗体阴性或载量高患者的作用更为明显，且安全性良好。
