Sci Rep:尿路上皮性膀胱癌的成纤维细胞确定了与临床结果相关的基质表型

最近,有研究人员通过对5个选择的成纤维细胞标记的免疫组化分析,调查了它们与344名UBC患者的生存和组织病理特性的相关性情况,其中包括了肌肉浸润案例和非肌肉浸润案例。数据表明组合基质标记在鉴定预后患者亚群中要比单个标记分析更加合适。通过聚类分析获得了以基质标记为基础的患者分层,并鉴定了一个FAP优势患者聚类作为较短5年生存的一个独立标记(HR(95% CI)2.25(1.08-4.67), p=0.030)。成纤维细胞与CD8a状态的之间的互作分析鉴定了少数存在CD90定义的基质和高CD8a浸润的病例预后良好,且5年生存率超过80%。

最后,研究人员指出,他们的分析指出了不同基质细胞亚群的存在,并且这些亚群具有不同的肿瘤调节特性。他们的研究也为进一步深入了解UBC中肿瘤-基质间的相互作用提供了理论依据。
