这项工作的目的是探索自动血液分析仪方法与传统玻片方法在红细胞(RBC)凝集检测中的异同,并证明自动血液分析仪对于检测更直观,是更可靠的红细胞凝集方法。

这项工作的目的是探索自动血液分析仪方法与传统玻片方法在红细胞(RBC)凝集检测中的异同,并证明自动血液分析仪对于检测更直观,是更可靠的红细胞凝集方法。进一步的目标是建立一种新的方法来促进临床研究的新思路。

研究人员选择A型血清按1:2、1:4、1:8、1:16、1:32稀释与B型细胞反应,以生理盐水组为对照组。在温水中孵育30分钟后,使用自动血液学分析仪进行红细胞计数,并记录玻片上的凝集程度。采集抗核抗体(ANA)阳性血清,采用自动血液学分析仪测定红细胞凝集率(RBC- o)与ANA阳性血清的红细胞凝集率。

研究人员测定了全自动血液分析仪检测结果与玻片法凝集强度的关系。ANA阳性患者血清与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。

本研究建立了一种用自动血液学分析仪检测红细胞凝集的新方法,为临床研究提供了一种有效的工具。
