由牙科医师在基于国家牙科实践的研究网络平台"决策援助管理可疑合面龋损(SOCLs)" 中来完成病情介绍(图像)。这项研究的目的是为了评估牙科医师的决策对SOCLs的影响。研究由107名牙科医师审视一系列共16张影像，整合信息它们代表着4项临床线索：颜色、光泽、损伤的粗糙度和患者级别的龋齿风险。由牙科医师决定可疑龋损趋近牙本质的可能性。使用透镜模型分析检测牙科医师如何使用这些线索来做决定。结果显示，有86%的牙科医师对于运用线索做决定具有一致的模式。平均来看，对于4种线索的运用导致医师们的决策存在70%的差异。然而，每名医师对个别线索的理解存在大量的差异。牙科医师们一直使用的不同线索百分比分别为：光泽(58%)、颜色(48%)、粗糙度(36%)和风险(35%)。当做SOCL决定时，14%的牙科医师仅依赖于颜色， 7%仅依赖于光泽， 4%仅依赖于粗糙度和1%仅依赖于风险。结论：线上图像系统表明，临床SOCL的决策具有高度的个性化，并且牙科医师并不使用全部所得线索来做决策。临床意义：在这篇报道前，少有证据研究牙科医师如何使用这些线索(不论是个别的还是整合的线索)来判断龋损进程的范围。当设计干
