J Endod：更佳扭矩反转运动在冠向下或single-length技术根管预备中对扭矩和力的影响

最佳扭矩反转(OTR)运动是一种对扭矩敏感的往返式运动模式，它是马达逆时针旋转90°，当扭矩超过预设值时再顺时针旋转180°，彼此交替进行。这篇研究的目的是为了检测OTR运动在使用镍钛旋转器械进行冠向下法或single-length技术根管预备过程中是否有助于减小扭矩和力。

最佳扭矩反转(OTR)运动是一种对扭矩敏感的往返式运动模式，它是马达逆时针旋转90°，当扭矩超过预设值时再顺时针旋转180°，彼此交替进行。这篇研究的目的是为了检测OTR运动在使用镍钛旋转器械进行冠向下法或single-length技术根管预备过程中是否有助于减小扭矩和力。

研究将28颗模拟直根管的树脂块按照运动的模式不同(OTR或持续旋转)分为2组。各组再按照预备技术的不同(冠向下法或single-length技术， n = 7 each)再分为不同的亚组。采用扭矩/力分析仪(300 rpm， up-and-down speed of 10 mm/min)和EndoWave器械(FKG Dentaire， La-Chaux-de-Fonds， Switzerland)进行自动根管预备，预备至#25/0.06。记录最大扭矩和根尖力的大小，并通过analysis of variance和Bonferroni检验进行统计学分析。

结果显示，在冠向下预备阶段(#35/0.08， #30/0.06， #25/0.06， and #20/0.06)， OTR运动比连续旋转获得更低的最大扭矩以及向上的力（代表楔力）。在根尖预备阶段(#25/0.06)， 在使用single-length技术时，OTR运动产生显著降低的最大顺时针和逆时针扭矩(P < .05)。在不考虑预备技术时，OTR运动与连续旋转相比产生明显降低的最大向上力(P < .05)。

结论：在现有的实验条件下，OTR运动减少了冠向下法冠向下预备阶段以及single-length法根尖预备阶段的扭矩和楔力。
