J Endod:比较通道锉在持续旋转和适度通道运动模式下的扭矩、旋入力和成形能力

这篇研究的目的是为了评估3种通道锉在适度通道(OGP)运动模式下在双弯曲根管内预备时产生的扭矩/力和偏移情况,并与持续旋转做对比。

研究采用#10/0.05或#15/0.03的HyFlex EDM Glidepath锉或#13/0.04 prototype MANI Glidepath锉在OGP运动模式或持续旋转模式下预备60颗仿真双弯曲根管(n = 10 each)。采用具有自动根管预备及扭矩/力分析功能的设备连续预备根管至20-mm和22-mm (完整工作长度)。在距离根尖孔1-9 mm处检测根管偏移。数据采用two-way analysis of variance和post-hoc simple main effect 检验以及Bonferroni correction和Kruskal-Wallis检验进行统计学分析(α = 5%)。

结果显示,所有#10/0.05锉针折断。在22-mm的预备中,OGP模式比持续旋转模式具有更低的顺时针方向扭矩和旋入力(P < .05)。在20-mm的预备中,#15/0.03锉针在OGP模式下的旋入力低于持续旋转模式(P < .05)。2个预备阶段相比,OGP模式未产生显著的差别;然而,持续旋转模式在22-mm的预备中产生顺时针方向的扭矩和旋入力高于在20-mm的预备中(P < .05)。所测试各组的根管偏移值之间未见显著性差异。

结论:与连续旋转相比,OGP模式产生更小的旋入力、顺时针方向扭矩以及根管偏移。#15/0.03 HyFlex EDM锉和#13/0.04 prototype MANI表现相似,均取得良好的效果。
