这篇研究是通过一个全新的氧化锆疲劳试验模型评估不同温度(0°C, 10°C, 22°C, 37°C和60°C)对镍钛锉(NiTi)循环疲劳寿命的影响。研究将3种超弹性镍钛锉(EndoSequence [Brasseler USA, Savannah, GA], ProFile [Dentsply Tulsa Dental Specialties, Tulsa, OK]和K3 [SybronEndo, Orange, CA])、3种热处理锉K3XF [SybronEndo], Vortex [Dentsply Tulsa Dental Specialties]和HyFlex CM [Coltene-Whaledent, Allstetten, Switzerland]) NiTi锉(所有锉的型号均为25/.04)置于一个全新的弯曲率60°、半径5-mm的人造陶瓷根管内进行循环疲劳试验。随后将模型浸入5种不同温度的水浴中。记录循环失效(NCF)的数量,并通过扫描电子显微镜检查折断表面。使用2-way方差分析对数据进行统计学评估,显著性水平设置为0.05。结果显示,当温度从60°C降至0°C
