JCLA：小泛素样修饰物/sentrin特异性肽酶1是非小细胞肺癌预后不良的危险因素？

SUMO/sentrin特异性肽酶1 (SENP1)与癌细胞的耐辐射相关，且在非小细胞肺癌(non - small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)中上调。本研究旨在探讨SENP1与NSCLC肿瘤化疗耐药的相关性。 研究人员采用免疫组化和实时定量PCR (qRT - PCR)方法检测Sentrin特异性肽酶1的表达谱。采用qRT PCR检测SENP1 mRNA的相对表达水平。

SUMO/sentrin特异性肽酶1 (SENP1)与癌细胞的耐辐射相关，且在非小细胞肺癌(non - small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)中上调。本研究旨在探讨SENP1与NSCLC肿瘤化疗耐药的相关性。

研究人员采用免疫组化和实时定量PCR (qRT - PCR)方法检测Sentrin特异性肽酶1的表达谱。采用qRT PCR检测SENP1 mRNA的相对表达水平。根据实体瘤疗效评价标准评价放化疗的疗效。采用qRT PCR和免疫化学方法检测非小细胞肺癌组织中SENP1 mRNA和蛋白的过表达情况，并与邻近非肿瘤组织进行比较。

结果显示，基于放化疗的应答率，发现SENP1表达较高的NSCLC患者对放化疗的完全应答率较低，部分和非部分应答率较高。在整体生存分析中，研究人员发现与低表达SENP1的患者相比，高表达SENP1的患者生存时间明显缩短。在多变量Cox回归模型中，发现SENP1过表达、TNM分期、淋巴结转移是NSCLC预后不良的独立危险因素。SENP1过表达导致NSCLC放化疗耐药。

研究表明，SENP1过表达可作为NSCLC预后不良的危险因素之一。
