运动前的能量摄入足以弥补运动时的约45%的能量不足

近日,英国顶尖学府拉夫堡大学研在European Journal of Nutrition 发表的研究显示:人们在计划运动前一天晚上会增加食物量。研究人员测试了一组喜欢娱乐活动的男性,发现当他们第二天有运动计划时,他们平均多吃了10%。能量摄入的增加并不足以补充到运动环节中所消耗的热量,研究人员说:"我们观察到,计划完成一次运动的前一天,能量摄入增加了约10%。"

他们对不同运动有'期待',导致他们在运动前吃得更多。从事运动还会产生负能量平衡,这可能有利于减肥。"这项试验在拉夫堡大学进行了两天。

在营养实验室,每位参与者食用了早餐(有21种食物可供选择,包括麦片、酸奶和水果)和午餐(有24种食物可供选择,包括面包、火腿、奶酪和金枪鱼罐头),并提供夜晚食物(包括18种物品,包括水果、巧克力、薯片、西红柿和面条),并监测他们的卡路里摄入量。

 

两次试验的早餐、午餐和晚餐能量摄入

第二天,他们回到营养实验室,进行了休息或运动。这项运动试验包括30分钟的骑自行车和跑步,强度为每人最大心率的75-80%,而休息试验则是休息60分钟。研究人员还表示,这样的训练可能对减肥的人有用。

"如果你是一个通过运动减肥的人,那么你可能需要注意食物的摄入量和分量,特别是在你运动之前的时间。在我们的研究中,运动前的能量摄入足以弥补运动时的约45%的能量不足。"研究人员补充道。
