儿童期癌症与ESKD风险增加有关，提示需要进行更严格和更长的肾脏病随访。

儿童癌症发病率的增加以及治疗的改善导致儿童癌症幸存者的数量不断增加。尽管儿童期癌症幸存者暴露于各种损害肾脏功能的因素，但很少有研究调查儿童期癌症与未来肾脏疾病之间的关系。

近日，肾脏病领域权威杂志Journal of the American Society of Nephrology上发表一篇研究文章，该研究旨在评估儿童期癌症幸存者患ESKD的风险。研究人员进行了一项基于人群的全国性回顾性队列研究，该研究纳入了从1967年至1997年以色列所有经过评估接受义务兵役的青少年。在获得详细的历史资料之后，研究人员将队列分为三组：无肿瘤史、有良性肿瘤史（功能受损的非恶性肿瘤）和恶性肿瘤史（不包括肾癌）的受试者。该数据库已链接到以色列ESKD登记中心，以确定ESKD事件。研究人员使用Cox比例风险模型来估计ESKD的风险比（HR）。

在该队列的1468600名参与者中，无肿瘤史的参与者有1444345人，有良性肿瘤史的参与者有23282人，有恶性肿瘤史的参与者有973人。在平均30.3年的随访期间，2416名（0.2％）无肿瘤史参与者患了ESKD。尽管良性肿瘤病史与ESKD风险增加无关，但在控制了年龄、性别、入组时间和父系起源之后，有恶性肿瘤病史参与者与没有肿瘤病史的参与者相比，其ESKD风险显著增加（调整后的HR为3.2； 95％置信区间为1.3至7.7）。

由此可见，儿童期癌症与ESKD风险增加有关，提示需要进行更严格和更长的肾脏病随访。
