研究将60颗新鲜拔除的人单根前磨牙通过WaveOne Gold (Dentsply Sirona, York, PA)进行预备,并按照载体和糊剂振荡方法的不同随机分为6组(n = 10):propylene glycol (PG) + Lentulo, PG + Lentulo + ultrasound, PG + Lentulo + sonic, distilled water (DW) + Lentulo, DW + Lentulo + ultrasonic和DW + Lentulo + sonic。CH糊剂通过荧光素钠染料处理,并将其完全充填根管。分别切取距离根尖孔2 mm和5 mm处的1-mm薄片。切片通过激光共聚焦显微镜进行扫描,并且影像通过ImageJ软件(Bethesda, MD)进行分析以计算CH糊剂的渗透和最大渗透深度百分比。采用1-way analysis of variance和Tukey honestly significant difference post hoc检验进行统计学分析。

结果显示,研究因素在距离根尖孔2 mm处显现,但无明显差异(P > .05)。然而,在5 mm处,渗透百分比在不同载体之间存在显著性差异(P < .05),PG的平均值更高。

结论:载体会影响距离根尖孔5 mm处CH糊剂向牙本质小管中的渗透,PG的效果更佳。
