近日，在2023中国医院竞争力大会上，艾力彼公布了“2022届中国医院竞争力排行榜”系列榜单，本文整理最新全国顶级医院100强，以及最新地级城市医院500强榜单。让我们一睹为快。

2022届中国顶级医院100强主要分布在华东地区，上榜医院数量较多的省（市）分别为北京、上海和广东。从竞争力要素方面看，第一方阵（第1-25名）医院无论是服务能力还是效率都优于其他三个方阵，且从规模发展向质量发展转型，在突出人才配置和国家临床医学研究中心等高质量平台建设上都具有压倒性优势。

此外，地级城市医院 100 强主要分布于东部地区，尤其是华东地区，江苏和广东两省入围机构数最多。而西部地区入围机构数最少，尤其是西北地区竞争力指数最低。高级职称人数呈持续上升趋势，年住院手术量、高级职称人数/全院职工人数、年出院量在 2021 届骤降的基础上，已大幅反弹至下降前的水平并略有增长，年门急诊量 2021 届降幅最大，2022 届虽有所回升，但距离 2021 届下降前仍有较大差距。

地级城市医院 300 强500 强的整体分布情况与 2021 届基本一致，从入围机构数量来看，华东地区最多，其次是华中和华南地区。全国各省份之间优质医疗资源分布不均衡的问题依然存在。
