糖尿病的危害不止伤血管，近期来自中国慢病前瞻性研究的一项对50余万人平均随访7.1年的最新研究结果显示，2型糖尿病会增加癌症风险，特别是肝癌、胰腺癌和乳腺癌的风险。


糖尿病的危害不止伤血管，近期来自中国慢病前瞻性研究的一项对50余万人平均随访7.1年的最新研究结果显示，2型糖尿病会增加癌症风险，特别是肝癌、胰腺癌和乳腺癌的风险。
 
研究显示，2型糖尿病患者的总体癌症风险增加13%，此外肝癌、胰腺癌和女性乳腺癌风险分别增加51%、86%和21%。
 
而且，在既往未诊断的2型糖尿病人群中，较高的随机血糖水平也与总体癌症、肝癌和女性乳腺癌风险呈正性关系。
 
研究者指出，鉴于2型糖尿病和癌症的疾病负担，对2型糖尿病患者密切监测其早发癌症，或有助于预防癌症，不过这种筛查费用和效果仍需大样本临床试验来支持。
 
这项中国前瞻性慢性病研究最新分析，共于2004-2008年纳入508892位基线无癌症的受试者，其中有29835人罹患糖尿病，平均年龄为51.5岁。随访至2013-12-31时，共有17 463人罹患癌症。
