最近的证据表明肠道微生物组参与包括胃切除术后在内的术后结果。在这里,本项研究旨在调查胃癌胃切除术对肠道微生物组和代谢组的影响,以及它与胃切除术后状况的关系。

 

方法:

研究人员对从有胃癌胃切除术史的参与者(n = 50)收集的粪便样本进行了met弹枪宏基因组学测序和基于毛细管电泳飞行时间质谱的代谢组学分析,并将其与对照参与者(n = 56)进行了比较。

 

结果:

胃切除术组的肠道菌群具有较高的物种多样性和丰富性(p <0.05),且需氧菌,兼性厌氧菌和口腔微生物的丰度更高。此外,两组之间的遗传毒性脱氧胆酸和支链氨基酸等胆汁酸含量差异很大,涉及营养物转运和有机化合物生物合成的基因和基因组模块(LEfSe:p <0.05,q <0.1,LDA> 2.0)也有较大差异。

 

结论:

研究结果揭示了胃切除术后肠道菌群的改变,证明了其与术后合并症相关。
