Eur Radiol：突发心脏骤停进行CPR后，尚需关注患者哪些损伤？

研究人员采用突发心脏骤停（SCA）-全身计算机体层成像（WBCT）方案来评价经心肺复苏（CPR）自主循环恢复（ROSC）的SCA患者。本研究旨在评价ROSC患者通过SCA-WBCT检出的CPR相关损失的数量和类型，并将结果发表在Eur Radiol上。

研究人员采用突发心脏骤停（SCA）-全身计算机体层成像（WBCT）方案来评价经心肺复苏（CPR）自主循环恢复（ROSC）的SCA患者。本研究旨在评价ROSC患者通过SCA-WBCT检出的CPR相关损失的数量和类型，并将结果发表在Eur Radiol上。

本研究共纳入了39例10月内无创伤经SCA并ROSC的患者，并采用SCA-WBCT进行评价。

入院期间死亡率为54%。共有85% (33/39)的患者检查CPR相关损失。WBCT显示胸部损伤最为常见：85% (33)肋骨骨折(每例患者平均出现8.5 处骨折)； 31% (12) 胸骨骨折； 13% (5)纵膈血肿； 10% (4)气胸； 8% (3) 纵膈积气和3% (1) 血胸。

本研究表明，ROSC后WBCT显示CPR相关损伤是常见的，多发肋骨骨折是最为错间的。SCA-WBCT显示腹部损伤的发生率出人意料地高。放射科医生需在观察WBCT时需关注CPR相关损失病谱，包括腹部损伤和轻微的肋骨骨折。
