背景

方法
研究人员遵循系统评价的策略和Meta分析陈述的建议进行了系统的评价。一个PubMed查询产生197个结果。19篇文献符合预定的资格标准。

结果
该评价包括708个PPI用户的观察性研究队列和180个PPI的干预性研究队列。在大多数研究中,PPI处理并没有影响微生物的丰富性和多样性,但与明显的分类学改变有关:在上消化道中,PPI使用者显示了口腔衍生细菌的过度生长,其中大多数为链球菌(基于六个独立研究组的研究结果,其中有126个PPI使用者)。在粪便样品,质子泵抑制剂增加了从芽孢杆菌多个类群(例如,葡萄球菌科),乳杆菌(例如,Enterococcaceae,乳杆菌科,链球菌科)和放线菌目(例如,Actinomycetaceae,微球菌)。

结论
PPI的使用与远端肠道菌群的适度改变有关。现有数据表明,PPI引起的酸过少促进了上消化道微生物群在消化道远端的定植。
