研究将45颗#25变锥度器械ProTaper Next (PTN; Dentsply Sirona, York PA), ProTaper Gold (PTG, Dentsply Sirona)和HyFlex CM (HCM; Coltene-Whaledent, Allstetten, Switzerland)按照锉针长度的不同(21, 25, and 31 mm)分为3个亚组(n = 15)。采用定做设备测试扭矩(AEndoS; DMJ System, Busan, Korea)。测量器械折断时的最大扭矩负荷和形变角度。使用这些数据计算器械韧性。采用2-way analysis of variance对数据进行统计学评估,显著性水平设置为95%。采用One-way analysis of variance和Duncan post hoc comparisond检验评估独立变量、轴长和器械系统之间的差异。

结果显示,不同器械系统和器械长度下的最大扭矩负荷均存在显著性差异(P < .05)。31-mm轴长的HCM具有最大的扭矩负荷,明显大于25-和21-mm轴长的HCM组(P < .05)。在所有器械系统中,PTG展现出最大的扭矩负荷,随后为PTN和HCM (P < .05)。31-mm轴长的PTG韧性明显高于21-和25-mm轴长的器械(P < .05),而PTN和HCM在不同轴长之间未见明显差异。

结论:就此篇研究结果而言,拥有更大轴长的器械可能比轴长短者具有更高的最大扭矩负荷或韧性。
