这篇研究的目的是基于对缩小开髓洞型(CECs)的讨论提供相关信息；并评估其对下颌磨牙IV型近中根管原生弯曲度(PCC)在不同预备阶段的角度、定位和半径的影响。也评估其对治疗时间的影响。研究通过X线照相术和micro-CT筛选出符合标准的24颗牙齿，分别采用CECs (CEC， n = 12)或非扩展的常规开髓洞型(TECs， n = 12)进行开髓。通过再定位仪器在通道预备(PI)前后及终预备后(FI)对PCC参数进行X线评估。使用PathFiles (13/.02， 16/.02； Dentsply Maillefer， Ballaigues， Switzerland)和ProFile Vortex files (Dentsply Tulsa Dental Specialties， Tulsa， OK)至30/.04在大量冲洗下预备至工作长度。采用ImageJ (National Institutes of Health， Bethesda， MD)检测PCC的变化。记录预备时间。数据通过2-way repeated measures analysis of variance (α
