这篇研究的目的是在一种双聚合试验性充填剂中加入不同浓度(0.5%， 1%， 2%和5%)的甲基丙烯酸二丁基锡(ET)或甲基丙烯酸钙(EC)后，评估其物理特性、抗菌性能和生物相容性。研究使用RealSeal (RS； SybronEndo， Glendora， CA)作为商业化对照材料。通过改良直接接触试验评估材料的薄膜厚度、转化程度、阻射性以及对粪肠球菌的抗菌性能，并检测细胞活性。所得数据使用SigmaPlot 12.0软件(Systat Software， Inc， Point Richmond， CA)通过方差分析和Tukey检验或Student-Newman-Keuls检验进行统计学评估。结果显示，按照ISO 6876：2012标准，二丁基锡和钙的薄膜厚度要明显高于试验性充填剂。在转化程度上，额外添加金属甲基丙烯酸酯不会影响双聚合作用。改良直接接触试验显示，所有浓度的二丁基锡和钙在接触48小时后，与阳性对照相比均具有抗菌活性(P < .05)。细胞活性试验显示，ET的所有浓度均表现出较高的类似于RS的细胞毒性，而EC在0.5%， 1%和2%浓度时，表现出中等的比5%的钙和R
