研究结果表明，在MCI-AD中，胆碱和色氨酸途径被异常调节。 因此，建立了基于甜菜碱，胞苷，尿苷，胆碱，乙酰胆碱，5-羟色胺和色氨酸的模型，其AUC-ROC为0.862，敏感性和特异性分别为96％和72％。

因此，这些途径代谢产物的改变与认知功能障碍和神经退行性变有关，对AD的诊断有一定的参考价值。然而，为了验证这个诊断模型，还需要进一步的研究。

中国监管机构有条件批准绿谷药业甘露寡糖二酸治疗轻度至中度阿尔茨海默病
