这篇研究的目的是为了评估根管封闭剂对粪肠球菌的抗菌和抗生物膜活性。研究分别通过直接接触试验(DCT)和激光共聚焦扫描电子显微镜(CLSM)在材料与细菌接触的1天、1和4周时进行观察和评估。DCT后通过三磷酸腺苷(ATP)检验评估细胞活力。抗生物膜活性评估的相关参数为粪肠球菌的总生物容积和绿色荧光细胞的百分比。通过non-parametric检验, Kruskal-Wallis for global comparison和Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验对所得到的生物发光ATP以及总生物容积和绿色荧光细胞百分比数据的每2个变量进行统计学评估。结果显示,对所有DCT和CLSM的参数评估数据显示,AH Plus的抗菌活性随着时间的推移而减弱,而GuttaFlow Bioseal具有相反的特质,随着材料放置时间的推移其抗菌活性增强。原始出处:Ruiz-Linares M, Baca P, et al.
